20 Top Casinos
Every casino that appears in our comparisons goes through the same checks. The aim is simple: show a player in Ireland what the offer is really worth and what to look out for before depositing.
On this page
1. Licence and operator
We record which company runs the casino and where it is licensed. No online casino holds an Irish licence yet — the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland expects to license online casinos later — so the casinos we list are licensed in other jurisdictions, and we say so.
2. Welcome offer in euro
We note the size of the welcome package in euro, the number of free spins, the minimum deposit and the wagering requirement. A large headline bonus with heavy wagering is not the same as a smaller offer you can realistically clear.
3. Payments from Ireland
We check which deposit and withdrawal methods are available — cards, e-wallets such as Skrill and Neteller, Paysafecard, bank transfer, Revolut or crypto — and whether e-wallet deposits are excluded from the bonus.
4. Withdrawals
We look at how long cash-outs take, which limits apply and which documents the casino asks for before paying out.
5. Games and software
We check the game library, the studios behind it and whether live dealer tables are available.
6. Responsible gambling tools
We check whether deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion can be set directly in the account.
How the order is decided
The order of casinos in our lists is set by our editors. Some casinos pay us a commission when a player signs up through our links; this is explained on our about page. Offers are always shown with their terms.
